:( That sucks! I'm happy to hear you're alright, and that he was dumb enough to admit fault at the scene. Make sure to feel out any injuries that might have happened. Move yourself all around just to make sure you have as full of movement as you ever did.
Just in case anyone was actually wondering, I removed my stock alarm in favor of an aftermarket unit. I didn't feel the need to have two in the car, so the stocker had to go. ;)
If I didn't have another alarm for the car, I would have simply fixed the original one, because it's a pretty decent...
Considering that most aftermarket downpipes now integrate the turbo elbow, it's not really worth it in my opinion. And there have been a few commercially available, mandrel bent products around for quite a while.

I did it to my black car, I'll snap a few pics before I strip and junk it. Makes for a clean engine bay for sure. :)
Here's the only pic I have of it from a while back, and the diagnostic block has been relocated since then. The pictured location was just messing around.

And I agree with Jay, the cloth seats are much better than leather as far as comfort go. Of course, that's my opinion. I swapped the gray leather interior out of my black...
This is just a wild guess, but it seems like they're using a high speed camera and slowing it down a bit. That would result in a very smooth, fluid like picture. (and with it moving so slowly, you wouldn't notice the camera bouncing as much)
Just a guess...
You have a boost leak. Most common places are:
1) The charge pipe right off the bottom of the turbo
2) The coupler between the 3000 pipe and throttle body
But it's not uncommon for the old brittle rubber pipes to leak in other areas. Check EVERY connection in the IC pipes. And don't try to...
