Pull a spark plug and see if it's wet. Did you pu new fuel in? Fuel lines are OK. BVSV wouldn't cause it to not start.

Motor swap and engine doesnt want to turn over...wtf?

Checked the battery? I know it's a stupid question, but they have been known to go bad fast if they have a weak cell and the heat will bring it on quick.

My mistake, I guess I should have said "shouldn't", didn't I say "can't" be too close to the heat?

No. I assume you are going to get a valve job done? They would have to be clearanced again, should be done every xx miles anyhow. After JDM 7MGE swap, no fuel (new pics added)

By memory I think there is 3 wires that are grounded to the intake. No none of the grounds go to the starter.

Sounds like you connected the ground wires on the driver side to the starter instead of the intake manifold.

    ACIS and a vaccumm leak?

Don't think the 0-2 sensor would give you the problems you have. Have you checked the ISC? There's checks in the TSRM on that and it does need cleaned sometimes. Are you sure you have the TPS calibrated right? It also could cause the problems you describe.
