Yea a Denso pump will flow more then a walbro till ~ 70 psi of pressure, then the walbro starts to flow more. If you run standard 45 psi fuel pressure thats 25 psi of boost (with a 1:1 regulator)

The gears will be too short imo. You'll be at the top of 4th gear by like 110mph. Your car being an 87 would have a 3.91 rear gear, not a 3.73 (thats 89+).

Weight difference is ~ 150lbs.. The hardtop chassis is much stiffer then a targa car even with the targa on. I've owned both and want another hardtop.

put the car on the dyno today.. (will get vid up when I get back to town on monday) made 401whp same settings as the drag. Tuned wastegate (12 psi) and made 345whp, tuned for 20 psi on pump and made 450whp, and added some racegas and made 490whp 415ftlbs @ like 22-23 psi. It wouldn't take...
