you cant really set the boost for each gear.
You can take duty away to have it undershoot/overshoot your current boost level by removing/adding duty and then turn off feedback. But you cant set X boost for X gear.
You put the washers between the Actuator and the housing right (pushing the actuator away from the turbo) and not actually the bolt head and the actuator/turbo?
I put 4 washer on a STOCK car (stock everything) it it took 4 to get it to peak 9-10 psi and quickly fell to 7 at redline, lol.
Why not? Contact marlin crawler and see if they'd be interested in buying some. They could resell them to off road guys and what not. I'm sure there are a couple people that might have a 571 or 529 gear set and only like 32" tires and would like a little better gearing on the highway. Make some...
6spd clutch can only be used with a 6spd trans/flywheel. The input splines are different then a r154, and maybe a different diameter. The 7m/2j flywheels are different sizes too iirc (7m takes a 200mm disc, 2jz takes a 220mm disc)
You maybe able to use a 2jz flywheel with a custom clutch disc...
I was replying that a stock transmission can handle his power without issues and its hardly a high powered car putting the MC spec (bearing plate, thrust washer) to the test. Not a comparison of a Rebuilt trans vs a 16+ 100K+ mile trans.
I'm really not sure what bogging you're looking for? You mean the engine isn't making enough power to push the car against x resistance at x rpm as in you throw 5th and actually slow down, or just having no balls at 2000rpms at 65 mph or something?
The cluster should still light up. The cluster ground is only for the water temp sensor it looks like
