People usually do the initial torque in too few passes.

Just make the #1 coil wire have a short extra loop when you make the wiring harness.

You can have a stock crank modified for more stroke. The rod journals are welded, then ground off center, then welded again and ground, then repeat until it's at the stroke you want. It is a time consuming process and it is not cheap. Depending on which way the journals are moved you can create...

Does the ignitor have good power and ground? You are using the stock coilpack right? Don't overcomplicate things trying to use the is300 coils right now. Your multimeter should have a diode test function. The diodes are not being soldered directly to the ignitor, right?

They do have boost cut, but I believe the Emanage is supposed to eliminate that. We didn't have any fuel cut issues on the dyno, but maybe the change in temperature or atmosphere is doing it, or a boost leak like Reign said.
