when i have my ACIS vacuum line in the correct spot, (i have checked my vacuum routing a million times i swear) my car loses power at 4k and then gains a tiny bit back at 5k going thru 6k... and whne i have the vacuum...

when i am trying to adjust ignition timing i jump the wire on the diagnostic block i know which one t(e)1 and E1. i adjust timing to 10 and then i unplug the jumper and no advance happens it stays at 10... so i manually advanced it to 12 ... i wonder how long till i explode :(.
i hope this isnt the problem for you... but check behind the engine for leaks that metal heater hose that wraps around the engine corrodes,leaks, and you can usually not see it but hear it...
those are 51: no signal from Air conditioner when tested. 71: EGR gas temperature sensor trip code. temperature too low.
is your AC pump removed?
code 71 may be a result of the rough running..
are these all of the codes?
that sound, reminds me of a failing timing belt tensioner pully, if it failed then you might have also skipped a tooth... the low oil pressure might be from it just running rough...
why do you want to remove the egr? that is a bad thing to do to your engine it can cause higher combustion temperatures from not intorducing inert gasses, therefore you can burn a hole in your valve.get a junkyard vsv they are a common thing on toyotas... and the ground wire bolts onto the intake.
well, if it absolutley no spark this is how i fixed my same issue. it ended up being the white fusable links burnt out that go to the am1 and 100amp fuse.pull out the battery i think that one goes out quite often its two big white wires. what i did is i found the break,pulled it apart, stripped...
