Ok, i just went and got the OEM 7/16 - 14 heli coil kit from Autozone, which is just a tad bit bigger than ours, drilled out the old threads and re-tapped all 4. It's pretty strong, i Tq'd my mani down to 80ftlbs. Someone will get a chuckle out of that lol.

So i almost got my motor completely done but while i was about to install the manifold i noticed like 2 exhaust holes are stripped, Bad, i can take the bolt and go in and out. I cant find the bolt size in the TSRM, i know thread size is 1.25. im thinking 10mm? Anyways, what are my options...

Perfect example... This guy skimped out on the MHG installation process and is now paying for it... And he can only do the head for free? most machine shops only charge about $50-$60 to machine the block... If you cant afford $50-$60 then sell your damn car and get another job... WHY...

+1 Sometimes they just think they can do what ever they want, so you gotta let them know, take her around back of your garage and spank her a few times... Usually fixes the problem for me.

I've seen them used on a few supras at the shop over here and i dont really like it... It does keep the vibration down, but the motor moves too much for my liking... Solids Vibrate wayyy to much, I use hockey pucks.
