Lol I got it not to *pop* off at 30psi, I just had to clean them really well, no oil. A small bead will fix it no problem.

Yeah only at 30psi did it start shooting off I've eliminated all the couplers tho. The cold side is one piece, and the hit side is one piece. Just keeps pooping off the intercooler

Almost! Just finishing recirculating the wastegate back into the charge piping, so that it gets chilled and recircs back through the motor to help with NOX so this thing will be street legal
