Thanks man !
Μy car is also a 90'model (06/1990),and there are very few differences
between the 90' vs 91' models.
Stupid car motor merchandizers...they should have provide the 40 pin
plug for the ecu E10 plug! :icon_evil I think now I was lucky to have it :icon_surp
I have done...
Hi guys...I am here to help good time!
Yesterday I got my (aristo stock) 2jz-gte twin turbo bursted into life
for the first time  Loud noise from the y pipe cause I don't have a
dp yet :sarcasm:
Anyway...THE TACHOMETER CABLE FROM M1 PLUG GOES DEFFINATELLY TO
E10 ARISTO ECU...
Hey,I don't think you have used the aristo's fuse box :aigo:
If yes,get the trac fuse off! Even if I think you haven't used it :biglaugh:
Otherwise is something involving the auto transmission of the Aristo!
I know that Aristo 2jz is pain in the ass to get on with :naughty:
I got the motor and didn't know enything about aristos :aigo:
...For sure if you get a supra 2jz things are better and you may
save about a grand, but for a good and complete swap you still
have to be prepare to give 10.000...
I am almost close to finish my 2jzgte project on my 90' mk3...
Bought the Aristo motor with 4000 $ shiped to my door from Japan.
(I am located in Athens,Greece and I paid 1400$ for shipping :evil2: )
I am doing 70% of the work alone.I paid almost 1500 $ to a mechanic
who is also a very good...
Does a PWR radiator fit on a 2jzgte mk3 90' ?
(Aristo motor with 1jz motor mounts)
I think it will be to close to the fan...
With my stock radiator I have about 1.3" (3.2cm) clearence...
How thick is a PWR?
Can someone with 2jz and PWR give us some light on that issue :1zhelp:
Modify a downpipe or custom IC pipes...YES.
But never modify stock injectors to squize a little bit more
flow out of them :nono: Save some money and after some time
you'll put bigger ones.Thats the correct path to follow :icon_bigg
Don't know much about WRX tuning, timing, etc.,but one think is for sure:
The TCCS ecu, timing and ignition system on supras (specially on jz motors)
is something else!! You see,the basic fuel calculation system in the tccs ecu
is working very hard to keep up with increased performance and...
If the starter is ok,then you should check the electronics and the wires!
That thing happened to me once, and I thought the starter was dead...
But instead, the fricking battery was dead. After I replaced it with a new one
everything was OK!
Exactly. You just need bigger injectors. No second thought on that!
The stock 1jz's - 2jz's(JDM) and 7m's 440cc are limited to about
400-420 hp (350whp),and almost nobody runs them so high at their limit.
Simply, the cost of some bigger injectors is nothing compared to an engine
rebuilt due...
Me to bro,me to.....
Let's get those motors fired up :icon_bigg
Tommorow I am going to work on the jz project, from 18:00 till 00:00.
With a little luck I should get it ready in 2 weeks :icon_surp
Can't wait that moment of me puting the key into the ignition
For 450 whp you don't need a fuel rail, fuel pump(assuming you have a walbro or a mk4 pump) or an AFPR ,but you are near their limit!
They are limited to about 480-490 whp.
BUT for 450 whp, the 440cc high impedance injectors from JDM 2JZGTE
Aristo or Supra are not enough. You'll need...
Τalking about sequential twin turbos...we have;
Supra tt JDM....with CT12B (import type-ceramic shaft and blades)
---------------------------
These turbos have a quicker spool up than the export spec.,but they
can't hold the elevated boost that the export twins can.
JDM twins can...
Hey...I am going to fire up my engine in a week or two!
I have the aristo 2jzgte motor, and I got the signal from ecu plug E10
pin 16 (TACO) Tachometer... I think this is the correct signal,I think so...
I have a jdm supra diagram, but it works ok for a 2jz aristo though!
What injectors are plug and play for the stock 2jz fuel rail, without
having to cut the wires for the new plugs! Just drop in...
With a single walbro 255,can I get to 600 whp? I think is risky isn't it...
