tps is bad, wiring is bad, or set incorrectly. take a meter and ohm out between IDL and E2. check wiring, check tps install.
t64? they had horrible surge issues with the 7m. also, you seriously need a tune. good job so far.

i had the lex afm, 440cc, walbro, afpr and stock turbo at 12psi.
when i upgraded the turbo i swapped to 550cc and s-afc. then turned up the boost to 17.
have you upgraded the fuel pump? if not it's a $100 well spent.
the s-afr you can tune and raise fuel cut. on the lex afm the bypass chamber is bigger and will raise fuel cut. back when i had that combo i was running 17psi on my 60 trim upgrade.
hks made the s-afr and apexi made the s-afc. both are similar and do pretty much the same thing.
not sure what your plans are, but sounds like the lexus afm, 550cc injectors, fpr and the s-afr you already have would be a good package. you will be able to run more boost and with tuning you...
f-con has 0 correction. it works well, albeit on the rich side of tune. you would be better off with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a s-afc in my opinion.
i havent seen the DM kit but i thought they sold ARZ stuff. i believe suprarich sells the flange also. at the min you need 2 flanges and 2 fittings.

it was like 3yrs ago or better. that manifold is also serial #1 of 2 produced! ultra uber jdm rareness! i had the pt61 gn bolt on turbo on it. it made 360/420rw at 10.5psi on an afc.

also turns out i gave it to you dork lol. i also gave you the .63 turbine housing for it.
the flange was slightly warped and leaking at #6 (you can see in the pic). if someone wants to use it they will need to remill the flange. it would also help if someone rewelded a 5/8" flange on it...
