Mozilla ownz joo. but Pc Cillen is a POS really. had it on my last comp and was useless. Get rid of the yahoo and google toolbar. Ad aware is my weapon of choice and works wonders. ub ti run mozilla now so no problems really :)

thats normal. when its -4 its in vaccum and theres not positive pressure being generated by the turbo. after it starts to spool it will go up as you said to 4 (im guessing you have it in mmHg) get an aftermarket boost guage and youll be good to go in real time.
looking at the passanger compartment you can see the windows are all still holding a good seal and no deformation to the A- piller. I would really recommend rebuilding it. All you really need is all the drivers side front stuff, only problem might be the insc company not wnating to repair it...
doesnt look too bad if you dont want to attract all the attention in the world and you want to expose your nice shiney front mount. go for it and post pics of what it looks like!
not a post cop :umno: just that this could have been solved in one thread rather than starting a new one. that other one will now die a death w/o knowing what happened or what needed to be fixed.
regardless 500 sounds like alot for a rebuild there are other places that will do an upgrade...

maybe it has to do with the construction of the Dp itself and the materials. The stock manifold is cast iron (correct me if im wrong) and the BIC DDP is made out of alumanized steel so maybe heat transfer somehow? Still you would think that coming right off #6 would be the hottest section....
