    Power Voltage Stabilizer, is usefull?

    meh iunno about manipulation. they did several runs and the highest gain was +5hp. there were +1-5 hp gains on all them but still thats not a big enough gain for me to use it as a performance mod. i would do it more for better grounds to replace my old ones, maintaince over power!

    its still a fairly new turbo on the market. i do know of one instance here in the dfw area where one blew (ryan) but im not sure what the circumstances, pressure, model etc were. the sp61 has just been around longer and most of them have miles on them where the boss series is alot newer.

    Just get a grounding kit and replace all your old, corroded grounds across the engine. You may or may not see a difference but at least your electrical system will finially be grounded correctly. Make sure you clean off the contact points also where you an connect also. a nice big brand new...

    Guys I'm thinking it has to do with some sort of oiling issue. I'm going to sink some money into this I think and have a Garrett CHRA installed this time around thats oil and water cooled. I'll update this thread after I hear back for sure what killed this turbo. Agreed SP cust service sucks!

    only problem is its not a master power turbo. if you read the fine print of the auction it will be an XSpower turbo of that style. Combine that with a 1.05 a/r and iunno. man they are really getting shady with bait and switch!

    check out my vbgallery. there are a few varieties of blue but baltic blue pearl was only offered in 91 and 92. it takes on alot of different hues depending on lighting. sometimes its got greenish tint, purple, black. next to jade mica my fav color :) here for you lazy people...
