check out holt (aka cat) for oil analysis. if you search i did a thread on it a few months ago. they can tell you pretty much exactly what is going on in your motor. however they are more accurate when you do a few analysis over a time period to check for changes in the composition.

did you drain your oil after the hg job? youd be suprised how many people overlook that. mine had a little goo in it after the car sat for a while waiting for a turbo but after an oil change and a nice long drive it burned off and was done.
cut my teeth on a 94 chevy suburban and went from there. when i got my 90 na i started to get really interested and now with my 91 turbo its even more.
just start tinkering, take things apart, put it back together, use this site and the tsrm and you should be ok.
make sure you ask for help...

unless you have a wb02 sensor hooked to that 02 sensor the readings are next to useless.
you are throwing an AFM code, your afm is out of spec for the ECU. Please replace/repair this before asking any more questions. It could be reading fine up high but down low the air moving past it isnt...
