Thats the kind of numbers I saw with nothing but a MBC.
That was with stock exhaust, but I had a 5 speed. from the restrictive exaust it would only push about 8 psi above 3500 rpms.
I have no intentions on even trying this, the thread just got me thinking about it. I haven't hardly seen any info on it so figured I would just bring it up as its interesting just like putting the carb/TB in from of the turbo....even if it does suck.
If you still have the original shocks or warn out ones replacing those will do more for handling then putting in sway bars.
Also as much trouble as you have to go to, to just replace shocks you might as well replace the springs.
From the little information you gave I would guess a hose or the Rad.
I would start by checking all the hoses rad. Fill it back full a water and look for the leak, should be pretty easy to track down.
Chances are the HG isn't going to pop with you just sitting there letting it idle.
Aggreed, this its having to push the air through 4 feet+ of IC instead of inches like a normal IC.
It should cool like a mother but I can see why the flow would be affected.
Its an interesting piece though and the price is killer.
I found this on Ebay but I think that have 2 5" tips would be a bit much.

Where can I get a muffler like this but with a 3" inlet. Seems like everything has 2.25 in inlet. The picture of the muffler is a Magnaflow.
I'm also looking for the outlet tips to be between 2.5"-3.5"s
the LS1 is a bad engine, I owned a 98 Z28 for a few years and the power is just amazing, right there all the time and smooth. I will put on in a MKII one day.........
You know how to make me feel good.
Nope have not worked on it yet, going to Matts on Thursday, after I get done fixing his crap may take a look at that again.
I just don't want it to look all NKDM, which is FTL Jeffy.
