theres no reason to dyno if you have a busted ic pipe. heres your choices:
1. get a pipe from speedsource (about $100)
2. get a new pipe from toyota
3. get one made
4. see if you can cut the old pipe and still have it reach while you wait for your new pipe
past that theres not anything else...
the 7m is a noninterference motor so you cant bend a valve unless something is very very wrong.
check the cps and the ground u have on the coils. if its a weak ground it could lead to a problem similiar to what you described
This was my idea too actually IJ. It really wouldnt be all that hard as I had created a common template for the whole site and just needed to modify it each time we had a new member at a particular level.
Agreed, is a car better if it makes 500whp but only is a drag car? How bout a DD 400whp car with working a/c? How bout a 600whp track car? what one is the best? How bout a 700whp dyno queen that only makes 400-500 on pump on any given day? think bout that and then decide what a hp goal...
Duane I have both the originals and the updated ones. The original ones (grey background that were originally uploaded) are my intellectual property and I can repost them. I will not rehost the white ones as I didn't create them and this have no claim to them. I wish this would have taken off...
Hey guys I still have all the web pages here on the comp, just need a host to upload it to pretty much.
Thank you Larry for backing me up on the 400whp mark as it has been an uphill battle. I have what amounts to a 400rwhp setup but keep running into little issues that keep me from hitting...
they are gonna rub. im running +25 in the front +30 in the rear and its about as close as it can get without rolling the fenders. you can also pretty much forget about lowering it with 18s in that offset and width. sorry to burst your bubble boss
cats rule. i have a cat named boost. she sleeps on my back or next to me. its really off because she is just like a turbo..... does nothing for a while then finially she spools and tears around the place like shes on crack. shes in dallas currently :( i miss her
yea well {shrug} you went 1jz a while ago so that settles the arguement of what to do with a 7m doesnt it? ;)
but yea a slightly larger set of twins wouldnt be a bad idea but since there are so many sets of twins floating around i wouldnt sweat it. plus if you wanted bigger later on your...
i think its a step outside the box and you should go for it. yea a ct26 would be easier overall but tt 7ms are few and far between.
main concern would be getting the piping correct and youd be good to go after a ffim.
not enough to notice. dont bother buying a whole new housing for the grill. its a nice thing to have but if your sticking to a mainly stock setup its not a big deal.
