Sam I would double check your timing. Make sure the timing marks are pointing straight up and the crank lined up. Even with cams you should only have a slight lope and it should not affect the starting. I really think something is off here.

Sounds to me like your timing might be off. Double check to make sure the cams were installed correctly. Trust me you should be making much more power. What boost are you running? Also sounds like your tune isn't very good. 10.51 is a little rich if you ask me. Mid 11's I would call safe.
What plugs are you running? I have found that on my setup and in my climate that I cannot use BKR7E's for the life of me. They will always foul up after a couple of days and my tune is rock solid. I have since switched to BKR6E's and have zero problems with fouling. I am also running 20-24 psi...
Its pretty easy to install them. Just follow that link and everything will be good. You need the resistor pack or you will most likely burn out the stock injector drivers.
