I don't think I've heard of anyone gapping their plugs smaller than .022 and that's what mine are at now.

I ended up gapping my plugs to .020 and it ran flawlessly. I ended up making 614rwhp and 561 rwtq @ 25.6 psi

wow, thats great jay, just a little bit more than the old 1j. Once I fix my cam plugs I'll have to remember that. I was running mine at .030 .

No, I run a 49% meth and 51% water mixture straight from Summitt performance called Boost Juice.

WOW!!!!!! That's one of the coolest things ever. It does burn....very very hot, but you can't see it. I heard it light, but their were no flames. When I held my hand close to it, it didn't take me long to move it.

The Boost Juice is 49/51 meth to water.

The stuff I mixed up burned a bit hotter. I can't imagine what 100% meth would burn like.

This is why I mix my own and adjust the mix till it won't light
(I use it in the washer tank)

I did my initial mix and added some bug remover detergent and it was enough to tip the mix back to flammable...... turns out it's mostly alcohol

Had to adjust with more water.

Has anybody run just the cheap blue windshield washer fluid. I know that contains some amount of methanol in it. I plan on going to a water/meth kit soon.

Jay. Does the performance gains from the water/meth kit justify buying it.

I think I'm running 18* of timing in the higher rpms and higher boost levels. I will be on this afternoon and I'll try to load my file on here, but I have a hard time doing complicated computer maneuvers............:biglaugh:

Without the meth, I had my car dyno'd at 473rwhp and 431rwtq on 93 octane. Now it's tuned to daily drive it at 576rwhp and 558rwtq..........so I'd say it's worth it.
