the only con with a flex section is sometimes it can be slightly smaller ID than the rest of the DP.
I have run a flex-less BIC for over 3 years on numerous turbos without issue but YMMV
doesnt look too bad but replace it. an ounce of preperation beats the pound of pain you will pay later to swap the pan.

theres a slight difference between an all AL 3 row radiator and the stock, plastic ended OEM peice.
That Haste unit has been used with some success but I personally run a Koyo as do many of the local DFW guys and it works great! Good luck comrade!
its normal for boost to fall off around redline, but that seems to be a large drop off. this maybe due to an inefficient exhaust (ie stock), exhaust leak, boost leak, or a weak wg actuator.
you can add some shims to the wg to help hold it closed for longer and stabilize boost but might lead...
