    Wiring in electric fans on AEM

    the A, B, and C plugs are the stock plugs on my 88, the AEM plug is "2", as in pins "2-1" to "2-12". The AEM plug can be bought directly from AEM. If you want to connect things to one of the stock plugs, simply splice or clip and rewire whichever pin you want to use.

    you need to wire it into a pin that is available for switching, and then make the software match that pin. In my case, if I recall it's connect to LS8 which is pin 3C on my 88, and then in the "configure Outputs" I set it to be "Active On", Coolant, 80 *C. It looks at my stock temperature...

    It's a screenshot from a brake bias calculator website that I found through google. I input the dimensions for the stock rotors, pads, and calipers, and it spits out an approx number (in this case 0.709) as a percentage of braking biased to the front, so stock brakes are approx 70/30 front/rear...

    I did this awhile ago, and it looks to be about 70/30 f/r. If someone wants to correct my numbers feel free, I'd like to know. I'm not sure how you would change bias without changing calipers.

    if you want an off the shelf, bolt on system, I'd go with ARZ: http://www.supramania.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?114-Arizona-Performance . He has a big variety of sizes and prices. Honestly I wouldn't waste my time upgrading the stock size brakes. Spend a few hundred more and you get a quality bbk.
