the builds looking good! your very lucky that flywheel explosion didnt hurt you! ive heard ALOT of horror storys about stuff like that..but again good job and the car sounds amazing
if you plan on eventualy making power you'll regret using those pistons..i know i did and im now redoing mine with probe pistons from DM if i dont go 2jz,but your build is looking good!
hey man hows that turbo treating you? im also in the process of redoing my setup..i did a full rebuild with npr pistons -_- 31 miles in i decided to get some probe pistons and im on the edge and about to buy the same turbo .68 back half..just wanted info on the spool and your build looks great!
those hoses suck..no offense just that ive been through it.when they heat up they sometimes suck into themselves and some may melt..just a heads up and as for timing,time it to specs..and also as for the timing marks 0 deg on the crank pulley then the cam gears have lines in them that you match...
so is anyone running these 100% without sputter or any sort of acting up? and who has pushed power on these so far? i want to run some on my setup which will be in the 500's rwhp any in this region with these coils?
no problem just wondering because the 2jz w58 bell housings and flywheels are a dime a dozen in the junkyard up here also thanks for the input ill just wait it out for the 1jz bellhousing and flywheel
well im going na-t in my turbo mk3 and it seems to be easier to use a w58 tranny..would it a bad i dea to sell my r154 and just buy a w58 to make my life easier? or should i stick with the r154..i only plan on making 500..maybe 550 and what power is the w58 good for? thanks in advanced jeremy
well im putting a 2j in my car and i have almost everything all set besides the sump..now my buddy has a 2jzgte in his sc300 and told me a sump out of one of those cars will work..is this right? if so theres like 5 of them at the junkyard and im goin right the hell for it! thanks in advanced..jeremy
im also running a map ecu 1 everything seems straight forward and some people are making in the 500's witht hem but the a/f's wont be dead straight from what im told,im just getting into it. best bet is to download the 2.3 software and check it out and see how you like it if not then go with a maf-t
basicly just looking to make 5-550 ish rwhp would a t3 t70 84 hot side work? or should i stick with a t4?

well ive searched a few different site looking for a wiring diagram for a map-1 ecu for my 88 mk3 supra could anyone help me out and post up a link? it would be greatly appreciated! jeremy
