Bought a new head from a local guy here on the forums! Looks good, already been decked and hot tanked. Also picked up a brand new HKS 2.0mm headgasket from the guy as well.
Driftmotion turbo oil feed lines came in yesterday. Looks great but missing the CNC machined piece that fits on...

Question for smart ppl of SM. Can I use a 2.0mm HKs metal headgasket for my build? I had 0.127mm taken off the block and haven't had the head shaved as of yet. What would need to be taken from the head? Or would it be okay to take the minimum off the head and just have lower compression...
The sad part is that I even have a shit load of parts diagrams my dad printed off for almost every part of the engine. Shows where they go and part numbers! It's just hard to know where to start when you've got a lot of parts. All I did today was get the new real main seal and gasket installed...

When you talk about checking clearances on the new oil pump what do you mean exactly? Like make sure all the moving parts clear the pump or is there more involved like measurements?
