Nothing new yet. Plan on taking the new head to the machine shop tomorrow for them to check it out and assemble some things on it and put the cams in. Need to get pump shimmed and everything done so I can seal the bottom end up!

Early 89 motor. It's weird I have all grey plugs like an 89 but some things are different. Like the crank and where the number is stamped on the side of my block.

Well the problem is that one of the cam gears is FUBAR. Needs welding and then I'm not sure it would even work. I'll try and get a better pic to show you what I mean.
