Lots of options, very few that aren't destructive. I had the turbo off so it made it much easier.
If you have a torch, you could heat up the elbow around the studs so it expands a bit.
I seem to remember Jeff Lange doing a write up on how to use the later style wheels in an early car the proper way so all the cruise control buttons worked correctly.
They're studs. The gap between the stud and the holes in the elbow get loaded with 20 years of rust.
PB blaster didn't do crap in this case, I just had to beat the snot out of it with a 5lb sledge...
Not sure why you would replace hard lines with soft lines...
If the lines rusted out, I'd suspect the entire fuel system is FUBAR from the tank to the injectors.
I assume you mean the elbow. It's usually held on by rust seizing the studs in their holes, do some "percusive maintenance" is required.
i.e. break out a hammer and beat on it to break up the rust.

That clutch looks like it will have a marcel spring, so should be quite easy to use.
I'm not a terrible fan of lightweight flywheels with a fat car and an agressive clutch...
Yep, do it the way it shows in the TSRM or you risk bending the fingers on the pressure plate.
You do have to pull the fork out eventually though to remove the preffure plate from the transmission (it just pulls straight out)
Only issue I have with Mobil 1 has always been that they're not a true synthetic but they charge synthetic prices. There's simply better oils for the money.
"lost title" is a red flag to me. There's always the chance of it being stolen, so you'll want to work on getting the title squared away. Getting caught with stolen goods isn't a good thing...
Only the cali. spec supras had an EGR temp sensor. It won't hog power as it's not open at WOT (well, unless there's something wrong with the system), and the issue is more that the ECU expects it to be there and is tuned accordingly.
Besides cleaning out the carbon buildup in the components, not really. The TSRM shows how to check them IIRC, so if you have the time, just check their operation.
If you're speaking of the EGR cooler gasket, get it from the dealer. It's not a cheap paper gasket like all the gasket sets (even fel-pro).
The pipe is simply a rubber hose with some heat resistant braiding around it. Can buy it from the dealer if you want, or just make your own.
There's actually 2 springs in a clutch disk. The center springs (which is the difference in this case) are to reduce drivetrain shock. There's also a marcel spring, but you won't find that on (most) puck clutches. That's what eases engadgement and eliminates chatter. It's located between the...
