N/A clutch job

Hi everyone,

So my 86.5 took quite a beating a few weeks and long story short, needs a new rear main seal and clutch.

Can anyone give me a quick (or not so quick, either way is appreciated) run down on where to start when doing the clutch on my supra? I have a good friend of mine who will be helping me along the way with the job. He's a truly experienced mechanic, id just like to know a bit more about everything before we start.
