Actually, no, it's not. Well, maybe if it's clogged, but that means your engine is running like crap.
I never said it will "obliterate the environment," try reading what I wrote.
I don't want to be behind your dumbass without a cat when I'm driving with my windows down and neither does anyone...
I assume nothing :)
On the piggyback front, that's why I said buy used. Turn around and resell it for the price you paid for it and you're out nothing in the long run.
Could be the vent hose, doubtful to be the turbo since if it's leaking on the compressor side it would fill the intercooler pipes and intercooler, not come out the air filter.
Couple of things it could be.
- Turbo could be going out (since it usually shows on decel)
- Blown brake master cylinder that has gotten it's way into the brake booster, thus injecting brake fluid into the engine at stops (know this from personal experience...)
It keeps a specific amount of pressure in the tank to stop cavitation of the pump and smooth fuel delivery.
Yes, because removing the cat gives you so much power :icon_roll
Hint: it doesn't, and it removes the most harmful byproducts of combustion. Unless you're running leaded gas...
With the 560's you're going to have to tune it a bit with the AFPR. I take it you bypassed (or drilled out) the J-tube?
Buying a used SAFC wouldn't be bad, since you could then turn around and sell it again when you don't need it.
Yeah, not directed towards his harness splice :)
Copper seems to get destroyed first in my experience simply because it's thinner. I used to refurbish cell phones, and the water damage ones were always fun...
Probably a dumb question, but is there really any difference these days between AR-10's and AR-15's? Since you can get damn near any round imaginable in an AR-15 now...
