I would have gone to see them last time they were in Edmonton, but I found out the DAY of that it was happening. I need to keep a more watchful eye on stuff like that apparently.

If we're going to accept broad definitions, Rammstein has some very musically interesting stuff starting with Mutter. Language aside, they've done some fantastic albums from 2000-present. If you're into that sort of thing, which I am.

Depending on what type of plug wires/ignition coils you are running, you may want to consider running BCR7ES plugs versus the BKR7E (4644). It doesn't seem to make too much difference, but the BC type plugs are the correct JIS height for the plug, while the BK are the ISO height (used on newer...
In Canada at least, 1st and 2nd gen RAV4's are very common with the manual transmission. Starting with 2006 it was no longer available though.
The 1st-generation RAV4 is most certainly not based on the Corolla. It shares very little with the Corolla at all, the drivetrain is most similar to...
What you want is the steering column cover from an 89 manual transmission car. It will be black and fit perfectly. Any other year/options will not be correct. If you want everything to be completely plug and play, you'll also get the entire combination switch from an 89 as well. This means the...
I would still pull the harness out from the ECU and out of the car if I were you. When you are reassembling the engine and getting ready to put it back in the car, put the harness on the engine before dropping it in. It is almost always the best way to do it.

I'm not sure on the exact reasoning behind it, but it does reduce a lot of intake noise and it looks nice (to me), so that's how it is, haha.
It's not that creepy, lol. No funny business, I assure you. ;)
Unless I write this thing off or somehow damage it horribly, I can't see parting with...
85220-3A050 - LH Wiper
85220-1A020 - RH Wiper
These are the wipers you want for a LHD A70, anything else (especially anything MVP or similar -- part numbers ending in YZZxx, etc. -- are junk).
Jeff
I've never used any wipers that worked better than the original factory ones. They fit the wiper arms properly, and the follow the contour of the glass properly, and they have very easily replaced rubber.
That being said there are some very nice U-hook to Screw-type adapters out there, you...
There's plenty of stock on pre-89 and 89+ gaskets in Canada and USA. Not sure why you were told you can't get them, they're definitely still available.
As for someone that's lazy, it usually takes zero extra work to get a part for an older car. They were probably just looking in the wrong...
Just to be clear, Japan used the same tail lights as we did, so there aren't really any "JDM" tail lights. :)
Some places in Europe did move the lights around inside the housing though (orange - red - white - red instead of orange - red - red - white). These were only available for the early...
They're the last parts that I need to put on the car now before it can get painted. All the other rusted areas are taken care of. :)
Need to get on that.
Jeff
Thanks, I wouldn't mind an A70 of my very own, and maybe one day I'll have one (probably inherit my Dad's blue 88 at some point or buy John's JZA70 when he stops kidding about selling it -- NEVER JOHN). We'll see, but as much as I enjoy the Corolla, I don't know if I'd be able to commit myself...
What year is your car? Or is this even going into a Supra?
As long as you have a harness/accessories that match the year of your car, it doesn't matter what year the engine itself came from. If you have a yellow-connector harness, it is from 87-88, and if you have an 86-88 car, it is what you...

Well, as an active member of a Supra community while not actually owning a Supra personally (nor have I ever, technically, as all of the Supras I am intimate with are either joint projects (like the one with my Dad), or owned by other people (like my brother's JZA80 and John's (Stanzaspeed)...
