    ABS Pump Disassembly

So has anybody managed to disassemble their ABS pump sucessfully? I'd like to disassemble/clean this pump I just picked up, but I don't want to start turning bolts to disassemble without a clue as to how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated (oh, and this is an 89+ unit.) Adam

    Crankshaft/block cryotreating

theres a good chance that crank is buggered. I pulled a crank from an engine with only ~1" of ice in the corner of the pan and that crank needs a 10/10 grind to be usable.

were factory clamps actually yellow? i know some of the spring clamps were (and still are) but I've never seen a yellow heater hose clamp.

new stock clamps are for the win. especially with the tab that keeps them open. Installation = painless.

FFIM, AEM, Q45 & IAC setup?

if you want your isc valve to be active, you cannot delete the line. either run to the intake or run a line with a filter on the end of it.

FFIM, AEM, Q45 & IAC setup?

Your post is confusing, but I will try to help you anyway. There are two separate ways you can go with this. The Q45 throttle body has a built-in idle speed increase if coolant lines are attached. With this, you could eliminate the ISC completely, and also not require the AEM to have any...

there is no plug and play "kit". you procure and wire/install the additional sensors yourself.
