    need help, coolant inside?

possible causes: coolant leak where the hose in the engine bay joins the heater core hardline leak at the hardline to core o-ring leak at the core Judging by the location of the leak, I'm leaning towards either of the first two. Unbolt the coolant hose in the engine bay and see if the...

    tps critical thinking

the ECU does not "know" what TPS you are using, it only reads a signal from it. If the signal is within the specified range for the particular ECU, it will be fine.

If the pins are in the same order and the resistances are within spec as per the TSRM, it will work. Why wouldn't it?

Have you tested the resistance of the TPS as per the TSRM? This might just tell you if it will work.

    My Coilover Concept

the shocks themselves appear quite similar to bilstiens, as do the aluminum spring seats. Also, as apex'i shocks aren't that common (and manufacturing a small run of shocks in-house is extremely unlikely), it is likely that they outsourced the manufacture to one of the larger shock makers.

    loss of power

If you have rust in your fuel tank, no magic cleaner is going to make it go away. Either acid wash and re-coat, or get a new tank and not worry about future rust. Quit listening to the 16 year old kid at the auto store. Do you want dish soap residue and rust in your fuel system?

    loss of power

get a new tank or one from a junkyard. rust inside the tank is fairly uncommon even on cars up here in canada. I wouldn't bother testing anything else until you fix the tank, change the now (likely) clogged fuel filter and clean the injectors.

    loss of power

clean your damn tank/get a new one already. of course rust and shit is going to plug up everything in your fuel system preventing proper operation. Fix this, and see if the problem remains.

didn't think to call toyota by any chance first did you? OEM parts aren't as much as you think if you buy from champion or elmhurst toyota.
