That might work well, except that if baseball sized hail starts plummeting from the sky, I certainly wouldn't go outside unless my life depended on it. That's a good way to get seriously fucked up. I'll take a smashed car over my own smashed head.
Meh, for the minimal power difference between the two, I'd stick with a 22re any day over the 3vze. Search any Pickup forum and look at all the 3vze problems vs the relatively low number of 22re problems. Besides, the 22re is so ridiculously easy to work on, I can do ti blindfolded. It really is...
And thank YOU for actually posting the resolution to your problem, rather than trailing off and never letting us know if you found the issue. :)
Yes, JJ and 3p are collectively, "the man."
Edit: Chambers- nice work! :)
Haha, sorry Nick! I can certainly see the appeal, but I rarely "lounge" while I drive, and thoroughly enjoy shifting, heel/toe, rev matching, etc... It's a visceral experience for me. I should state that I don't have anything against automatic vehicles, just that they're not for me. :)
And I...
Sorry to hear, Dan.
Check out user good & tight on bimmerforums.com in the FI (forced induction) section. He built pretty sweet tubular manifolds for the e30 cars and made some pretty silly power with Holset turbos. He's also a really cool guy.
A little Vaseline. Or buy a new accordion pipe and let it sit in the sun, then a very small amount of Vaseline to make it slide in easier. :naughty:
If you're using an old accordion, it might split on you.
If you see a cop, kill the motor and start kicking like an actual scooter. LOL.
When I was 16 or 17 I had a sweet oldschool Sparta Moped. It was a pedal start. I used to rip all over the place on that thing and it was so damn comfortable. I got "pulled over" several times, but always got off...
While it's a neat feature, a good adjustable damper like Koni Yellows or even better, properly valved Bilsteins will be best. I always drove around with my TEMS on full firm anyway (the SOGI mod) so I was all about removing them when the time came.
You will be back. I doubt any other forum has sexy ladeez w/ Jif peanut butter in their breastiziz.
<3 Jif. I suppose that means that I'm a choosey mom.
I used a chop saw to cut mine. Plenty of dust, ect. Worked great, but too much dust and metal bits. New technique is a mason's chisel and a 3lb sledge, resting the hose on a small block of aluminum. Clean cuts, no debris.
Welcome! :)
Often times on the M3 forums, you'll catch people saying that we didn't get the real M motors. While that may be "true," many enthusiasts in the US wouldn't have been able to afford them. At first the e36 M3 wasn't even going to come stateside.
Lots.
Euro:
Dual Vanos (variable valve timing)
Individual throttlebodies
3.5" intake/HFM (the air flow meter)
Longtube, tubular headers stock, larger exhaust stock.
Way better flowing head
It's very close to the s54, which comes in the e46 M3 here in the states.
See above. I probably...
