Does anyone have a picture of the treadstone intercooler cores showing the actual path the air will travel through? Most pictures I've seen are external or are from an angle, so the core design is not visible.
I'm interested as well, but want the final version. I don't want to beta test prototypes :naughty:. Please post the results of different sized eccentric wheels so we can all learn from your efforts and feel more comfortable buying your product :).
IJ.,
thanks for the tip. If I understand correctly, one just puts this tip on the end of something like an electric drill and goes to work right? What size do you recommend out of these?:

Thanks guys :). Are there any specific brand/model (or sizes) of wire brushes and sanding wheels you recommend? I definitely want to make sure it's perfectly clean before running the new setup on this manifold.
Does anyone know the proper methods and tools to remove the welding slag from these ebay/chinese tubular manifolds? I found this picture online, but cannot find the name of the tool or if it's the right kind to remove this kinda slag:
but I said Redline 0w40, not 5w40.
As far as zinc content, I was under the impression it would help decrease engine wear...<ducks for tomato>
is there an oil comparable to the german castrol 0w30 that is a little thicker at operating temp (say 40w?), doesn't become as thin past operating temp compared to the german castrol, and has more zinc?
I understand that and read that Dr.' s take on oils. My question is who is running this oil on the above mentioned toyota engines making over 400 horse power? I'd like to know the details of those persons's setups as well as how long they've been using this oil at those power levels as well as...
okay,
so who is running this oil in high horsepower supra (400whp or above)?
Castrol Syntec 0w30 European Formula "made in Germany"
7m or 2j / 1jz doesn't matter, I'm just curious to see who is having success with this thin oil in higher horse-power applications.
I agree with rayall01 about testing his hose expansion theory not being dangerous...IF you wear eye protection, gloves, and long sleeves to cover your arms :). Please keep us posted and change your clutch hose to a stainless steel braided one to let us know if it had any effect :).
FFIM = "front facing intake manifold"
Those of you that upgraded to an aftermarket intake manifold on a 2jz-ge, can you please post pics of how you incorporated Idle Air Control valve?
I remember reading someone's post here saying they used the v6 toyota camry coil-packs for their 2jz ignition and it was cheaper and performed "better." I can't find the post doh! Does anyone know how one would go about doing this?
