I cant tell you the right one because i have a chaser harness. However i know that it comes from one of the dash plugs not from the ecu. In my harness it was 1 thick, either black or black/red i don't remember, wire that feed both.
On my car, when i disconect the battery the idle air control valve wont operate. After about two hours of driving i'll notice the idle change. If your ecu doesnt have 12v all the time on the right wire i think its b+ (even with the car off) it will reset every time you turn it off.
i also had an injector flood a cylinder full of gas. when i opened my ecu turned out the caps were leaky. driftmotion replaced them for me i havent had any more problems.
yes the fuel goes from the pump to the filter then to dampener. then the hardline off of the fpr is the return. although on my car i dont have the dampener and i dont have any problems. btw i hope you have a strong rear on there!
