Thanks for the comments and help everybody. Like I said, I know nothing about wheels and tires so the comments help. I may try to get the fenders rolled and get a 265 or 255 on the back and see if that helps.

235/40 and 265/35 or 245/40 and 275/35 since you'll be rolling the fenders. . .

New rims are on the way.....:biglaugh:

Front 18'x8.5' with 20 offset / with tire 235-40/18'
Rear 18'x10' with 14 offset / with tire 275-35/18'

Can I get away with rolling only the rear fenders?
If not....I could also machine the rear offset to 20 max - factory spec
for the rim (14 to 20 offset)

Fronts will fit. Rears probably not. I had 18x10.5 +15 w/ a 245 and it was pretty damn close.

Well the deal with the previous set of rims I wanted fell apart but I recently found another set.

19X8.5 FRONT, 19X9.5 REAR - offset +22 front & rear
225/35/19 Front, 255/35/19 Rear

How would these fit? Will a fender roll or pull be needed? I will be rolling on stock suspension for the summer

Thanks,
Josh

Should clear with a roll. Will poke out a lot until the car is lowered though.

Ok so I just got my supra today (87 turbo) and my list of wanna be mods is starting to grow and grow, I found a wheel a like but i would like to run an offset and have some wider wheels in the back, they are available in 18x7.5 with a 40mm offset, and 18x8.5 in both 45mm and 55mm offsets, is it possible for me to run the 7.5 in the front and one of the 8.5s in the rear? if so which one? Thanks

Thanks for the info BorHor.
So,I should roll the rear fender and machine the rear rim's offset to 20 ET!
I am on eibachs...so it should kind of fit :sarcasm:

If I am still tight,I would go from 275 rear tire to 265 :naughty:

Still won't look right. You are no where low enough to get the right look. you will be some what high and your wheels will poke out still.

Do yourself a favor, and go against your 'Mania name! Find some ("JDM tyte") good condition used wheels, that will give your Supra the agressive stance it deserves! Plenty of wheels off of RBWheels.com, are both affordable, and will get double takes, and compliments from both Supra people, and non-Supra people.
If you must buy cast Chinese junk, then get something that is staggered, and has the correct offsets to fill the wheel wells.

So , How can I find out if I can get my rears machined so the offset isn't so far out (rears are rubbing)?

Usually you can machine the rim to change the offset a little bit...
But only just a little bit, about 3-5mm.Some rims, like Azev (made in Germany),
gives you a wider range of machining and changing the offset.
Front is 8.5' x 18' with factory offset 18' ....but the dealer says that
we can play from 18 to 30 offset,and rears are 10' x 18' with 14 offset
and we can play from 14 to 22 offset.

Why your rears are rubbing? What rim/tire size do you have?
And have you rolled your rear fenders?

Hey guys, I am still getting questions for wheel fitment through PM. Can we please keep it all in here so people can benefit from it and helps keep my PM box from filling up all the time.

So starting today any PM's that are related to wheels and tires fitting will probably be ignored. There are plenty of active members on here that I have seen post with the proper knowledge as well.

I posted the tire specs and the pics on page 134 of this thread. I'm not sure what the exact offset is on the wheels. I looked at my rear fenders the other day and I don't think I can roll the rear passenger fender. My freind that fixed the fender used body filler and I don't think I can roll that. So I think I need to see if bumping down a tire size or some will help. Let me know what you think.

I would try heating it up and slowly try hit the lip of the fender in. If not your tire will do it for you when the suspension compresses and that might cause the body filler to crack. A narrower tire will help as well.

I'd like to have this same fitment ^^^^^^^^^^^ with 17x9.5's up front and 17x11 in the rear. I'm thinking SSR Professor SP1's will be the rim of choice unless I can find something nice that is used for cheaper.

Quick side question...what are the guys drifting mk3s running width wise up front and in the rear...and what HP/TQ number if possible/known?

thx...rm
