Thought i would add mine to this since i have a new set on these days.
Fitment is 19/8.5 on the front with a +30 offset. Tyres are 235/35/19.
Rear is 19/10 with +35 offset. Tyres are 275/30/19.
Had some minor rubbing with this set up but did a small amount of arch work on the rears to cure it.

11's will be hard to stuff tires in without modification. What tire sizes are you thinking of?

I was thinking 275's......After looking at Rodel's post with the 19X10.5 +18 in the rear, I don't think I can make 18X11 +20 work without fender pulling, and i don't wanna do that.

Here's a better perspective:

:bowdown:Nice fitment....This is the similar to what I'm looking to accomplish, but you pulled the front and rear fenders, correct?

Does anybody know if these will fit? I'm lowered on H&R springs.

Front: 18x9 +20 with 235/40/18

Rear: 18x10 +20 with 245/40/18

Thanks,
Jim

The front and rear fenders are "flared"

Here's the front BTW, 18x9.5+22 with 245/40/18 tires

The fronts will most likely rub specially at full turn and you're fine on the rears.

Thank you.

Would using 225/40/18's instead, work better up front with the rubbing issue?

No problem.

It might still rub as the H&R's lowers car up front alot, but should definitely help w/clearance.

I have H&R springs, I am running 225/45/17 front 255/40/17 with no rubbing issues whatsoever.

Good info. Would running 18's though make a difference with the 1" taller wheel?

ok go my new rims installed,

18 x 9 38mm 245/40/18
18 x 10 42mm 265/35/18

Stock shocks, eibach springs. The camber is w,e the camber is when you lower the car. I did the springs and never went to get it realigned after.

Fits nice and flush, my only issue is running the 35 tire in the rear, The rear tire looks skinnier than the front and i hate that so next set of tires for the rear are going to be 275/40/18. It can fill up the wheel gap a little bit more.

Thats to this thread on allowing to make the proper decisions and picking the proper offsets. Soon i will add some spacers and see exactly how flush they can get without rubbing.

Quick Q about MKIV n/a wheels compared to the TT's,
Are the offsets on both of these wheels the same? and has anyone used wheel spacers behind either the n/a's or the TTs?

Thanks
-Sam

I got this one! Both the TT and N/A MkIV rims are 50mm offset. N/A's are 16x8, and 16x9. TT's are 17x8, and 17x9.5. I ran the TT's with a 15mm spacer up front and a 245/40-17 for awhile, much better fitment. The 50mm offset, is really sucked in looking on the front, but doesn't look bad, nor pose any fitment issues on the rear with 275/40's or smaller. If I were going to run the MkIV na wheels, I'd use a 10-15mm spacer on the rear, and probably a 20mm on the front. With the TT's, I'd say 10mm rear, (especially if you want to run a bigger tire than 275's) and 15-20mm up front.
Hope this helps you.
