Oh- and here's the exhaust parts I got today- a Precision 3 5/8" flange/ Vband, and a 3.5-3" reducer.

Where does the wireless mouse fit into the exhaust?

I really like the idiot lights you installed, simple and pretty nice looking AND they get the job done!

Couple more packages arrived today:
1/8 npt- 3an/ 90 degree adapters(for the boost solenoid)
-10 pushloc 45 degree fittings(for the oil cooler circuit)
3" metal core cat
3" in/out Magnaflow
308 stainless mig wire

A few more parts, and I can start trying to make something.

And another package. That makes a parcel trifecta- USPS, FedEx, and UPS, all in one day.

Got the 3.5" flex section as well. So beefy, I can barely flex it.

More stainless...

A first attempt at the upper downpipe.

Also, I have two Vibrant stainless O2 bungs to install at the top.
Unfortunately, The wastegate will be so close to the downpipe, that I can't make use of the super-cool Vibrant flex bellows, so I guess I'll try to send it back.

Made it a bit longer today.
Won't be finished till later in the week; I need the piping expanded slightly to join with the flex section.
Then I can weld on the 3.5-3 transition, and the Vband. Plus, it's just spot welded. Can't weld it up till I get a tank of trimix gas.

Today, I wandered around the junkyard, snooping under the hoods of nearly every make and model.
I was shopping for a coolant resevoir, an oil cooler for the power steering, a vacuum cannister for my cruise control(na), and a power steering resevoir.
I hate the turbo ps resevoir, as it blocks the cps, and the na version wouldn't work for me, due to my intercooler pipe. So, I grabbed one out of a late model Camry, and it seems to be a good compromise. Also, stole a small vac tank out of a Honda, I believe. And found some ford with an aftermarket tranny cooler. Once I got home, I finished the install of my remote oil filter(finally).

PS cooler installed.

Don't expect any more progress for the next week; I'm going to be working alot.

I really like that PS reservoir! Much better than the stock GTE monster that seems to be in the way where ever you put it.

Does the cooler for the PS affect the temperatures that much? Or is it because that reservoir is smaller meaning less fluid to circulate through the system that you decided to run a cooler?

I just ran a cooler because, well... I could. Most OEM coolers are simply a loopy tube that allows the fluid to cool a bit before returning to the reservoir. I figured, what the hell.
