Ok, Trooper is back up, and I also received my second T4 spacer, so I welded the two together.
Then I received my wastegate, and test-fitted that to the manifold. Got as far as making one fuel line. Still have to finish the other two.

Also installed and bled the clutch slave.

No packages arrived today, so I'm sure I won't see any other fasteners or gaskets till Monday at the earliest.

So ont the downside, I found out about 30 minutes after I bled my clutch slave, that it decided to continue to 'bleed' itself; completely dry, onto the garage floor.
So I ordered a rebuild kit for it, as the bore looks and feels perfect. I think the piston seals are just shrunken a bit.

Got my turbo studs in that were advertised to be m10x1.25, but when I received them yesterday, it didn't take long to realize that they were actually m10x1.5, so back they went.New studs are on the way.

Got my T4 gaskets, and final an6 fuel line fitting in today, and so now all of the engine compartment fuel lines are completed and connected.
I should receive my replacement studs in the next two days, along with my an3 wastegate line and adapters.

My 87 engine swap was done smoothly until yesterday when the slave did the same thing... Leaked everywhere. New clutch/pressure plate installed with new pilot/release bearing. All together with new salve and can't get it to go into gear... Lol

Gotta love supras

So, I finally received my extra long exhaust studs today, so I mocked up my manifold with spacer and turbine housing.

IMG_20130621_125130_199_zps4ab557b4.jpg

Now I can start planning the exhaust, so I just ordered:

3 5/8 Precision turbine outlet flange
3 5/8 Precision V band clamp
3 1/2 Stainless mandrel J tubing
3 1/2 stainless flex section with interlock
3 1/2-3" stainless reducer
3" v band clamp and flanges
2" stainless bellows(for wastegate)
308 stainless .030 mig wire
Magnaflow 3" stainless chambered muffler
3" metal catalyst stainless converter
2"x32' titanium header wrap with ties.

So, i'm broke again.
Oh, I also reinstalled the rebuilt slave cylinder. yay.

Rerouted back into the dp. I want the quietest exhaust possible, even if it reduces power.
Hence, two full size mufflers and a cat(even though its now emission-exempt).

Yeah, there's a flange for the wastegate on the mani, and i'm just using a generic hks-style wastegate with a 10lb spring.
Only a few of the exhaust parts are Vibrant. But it is all stainless, and will be from turbo to tip, including the brackets.

I'm sure I missed it, but what exhaust mani is that? It doesn't look stock, and it's definitely not a Treadstone (HKS knockoff) manifold... maybe Cartech? Shoot I'd love a cast mani with a center-set turbo location instead of my turbo sitting next to the firewall... haha

Actually, it is a Treadstone, or at least a copy of Treadstone.
Got it off a Russian on Craigslist for $120. The turbo flange is centered just behind #4 runner, so it does sit back a bit, about 1" more than I'd like.
And because it does sit a bit back, I just put firesleeve over my new speedo cable.

IMG_20130621_165632_197_zpsf17db22a.jpg

Then I finished up the feed and drain lines:

-10 drain, -4 feed, -10 remote cooler lines.

-3 wastegate line:

okay sweet we have the same manifold then haha. let me know how the downpipe fits in there when you get it done, that's my biggest concern back there
