Thanks Buck. The valve covers turned out exactly like I wanted them. I was very surprised. As anyone on here had experience with sanding powdercoat? The reason I ask is because I really wanted to sand just the top of the protruding lines on the covers. I have been advised by my father-in-law not to chance it. I just done know if the edge that is created from where the PC stops and the sanded surface starts, if it will start peeling off. I would think no because of the bonding process of PC but I dont know for sure. I think the lines polished would really set those covers off!

Yes and no ,I am out of the hospital now . I have a infection in my foot that was getting better but now it is reflaring so i just came back from the er and they give me more meds. I just cant seem to kill this infection. Thanks for asking.

unbelievable! I emailed Kyle from HP Freaks Friday to find out when my cams have been shipped? I payed on 5/25 like requested, and was told they would be shipped the next Wednesay. So that week passed and nothing, which was memorial day week. Then I waited until the end of last week and emailed. Expecting a return PM with a ship date. I get an email that the new ETA is end of the week or 6/15. I am floored on this group buy and how it has gone. Totally pissed off right now!:3d_frown: Has anyone else gotten their cams yet? I was supposed to be like the 4th one payed that day or something!

Oh that makes me feel better. Buck has had his since 5/21 and im getting excuses!:cry: Well im glad at least someone has theirs and can verify they are real. Im still pissed!

Allen the car is looking good. Sorry to just get caught up on this thread, been out of the Supra scene for a bit.

I know of Roberts shop and have seen some of the great work done. RTC (the Performance shop next door) is very well know for their work on Supras around this part. I personally like the 88 Supra (although it is really an 89) :evil2: on their web page http://www.racingtechnologyco.com/

Good luck with the Cams I'd be pissed too.

Thanks, but it needs some work again oh well maybe one day i can get it all ironed out. Guess i'll be paying your buddy Robert a visit some time soon.

oh my!! My cams are in route. I got a tracking number and everything.

While im here. I finished my oil filter bracket and cooler brackets this weekend. This fabrication stuff sucks without proper tools and all. A metal break and chop saw would have been nice. I had to borrow a buddy's dad welder, and I'm by no means an experienced welder. I have to paint it and im going to make another one just like it so when I do my NA I wont have to spend all this time again to make another. I will post pics later of course!

lol playing thread tag? I got them yesterday. I have yet to get pics of them though. I have some other pics to post too. Still working on my oil cooler setup. Its been a pain. Im trying to hard on it. I like things perfect. That is not a good thing! Im pretty much done with it though. Im also trying to replace other things while I have the bumper off and the intercooler out. Like the A/C dryer which im getting ready to go get another from autozone. Should be replaced when the system is breached, or when its like 18 years old, or in my case, both. Also replacing all the seals in the system. I've gotta have AC:biglaugh:

I don't even know if my AC compressor works. Ah well, the wind chill from boosting will cool me off plenty. :naughty:
