I wouldn't recommend running 10 psi without any other mods. Also, an aftermarket intake isn't going to gain you much. If you want it to pull harder you should start with a downpipe. Your exhaust will still look stock but you'll have more power and the turbo should spool quicker.

I personally wouldn't put any car on pinks, since they can barter for head starts. And there is always a faster car...

1200 miles is doable. Two day trip one way. I helped my fiancee move down to Tucson, that was about 1400-1500 miles. I flew back though...

The problem with that is if you get stuck in a traffic jam. Or if the light stops working. I use the trip meter and try to refill before 300 miles on the tank, less if I've been doing more city driving.

Assuming your 207 is at the wheels and 15% drive train loss, that is still less than the stock turbo (246 lb-ft at the crank).
