Not true. You can take a 2jz W58 bellhousing and mount it to a 7m W58 trans and itll work fine.

60-1 is a large wheel for the small shaft of the ct26, perfect balance is the key to the turbo life with a wheel that large. I would say 17-18 psi ~ the ceiling with a upgraded ct as the turbine speeds are getting up there. You can go higher but the life of the turbo usually suffers.

Thats about right for the spool. The a/r doesn't make drastic(1k faster) changes in spool time.

I dont see how it could fail unless there was an outside problem that caused the endtank to fail (I'm assuming where the core was welded to the endtank is where its leaking?). If it was a manufacture defect it would of been leaking from the get go.

Check for power at FP on the diag block. If there isn't power on the diag block jump power (B+) to it. The ECU is setup to turn it on for a second then turn it off, So you will have to check for power while the engine is cranking or on the initial key turn.
