what do you mean pump and bracket? the side of the pump? the pump is like 1/2 the size of the stock one in width. Just seat it on the bottom and the hose will hold it on the top.
I gained 10-15ftlbs with tvis on my celica (GT-4/alltrac), not to mention much better throttle response. Spool wasn't recorded, but with the stock turbo it didn't really matter, lol.
That depends on your setup. If you have a big fmic blocking direct airflow and no undercover it will cause the air to diflect around the radiator. The fans will have to draw air into the void behind the fmic and pull it through the rad. If they're not strong enough you might get some coolant...

If going to mod it, I would stay single cam, get a d16 block throw some vitara pistons with some rods,vtec head, a 50-57 trim turbo, and rock out with 300+whp.
I dont think he is explaining it correctly, I assume the Duty cycle he is talking about is the Boost Control Solenoid. Lower it if you can, if not remove it all together and get a different boost controller that will allow you to run lower boost.
You wont be able to have the stock ecu control the fuel pump unless you get the fuel pump ecu. The only way is the have it come on with the key or get something aftermarket to control it.

Did you change your AVC-R Settings between now and texas?
Try a manual though.
Also did the car before on wastegate act the same way? The boost controller cant control the boost accuratly if the wastegate pressure is steady.
remember though, the intake pump doesn't have any pressure to it, so will flow to its full potential. Given its a decent pump (at least a walbro 255) it should be plenty of flow for the bosch 044 @ 50+psi.
Does anyone know the regulations (NHRA or others) for the surge tank? Thats my only...
