    buzzing noise and no spark....

That's the fuel pump relay. Do you have the ground wires connected to the intake manifold on the drivers side? There is a bolt, hard to see, on the middle manifold, that the wires connect to. Funny thing, they will also reach the starter. Some have connected them to the starter, not going to...

oil leaking...which seal do u think it is??

For sure way is pulling the motor. Can be done without pulling it but hard to do on your back. Motor has to be taken loose of the mounts and raised enought to clear the pick-up tube on the oil pump.

    flywheel balance?

Shutup, you have a lift, I was feeling sorry for you, piece of cake if you have a tranny jack. :) Samething if you have the harmonic balancer go bad, it will probably hammer the front mains, out of balance flywheel will probably take care of the rear mains. BTW, new clutch? or old one?

I remember taking my flywheel to the shop to have it resurfaced and balanced. I think they needed it to balance the whole assembly also, crank and such. IJ help me out here, my memory isn't as good as it used to be :)

    top speed of an na?

How did you verify 145? I've had mine pegged a few times, don't think it was 145, like IJ said the speedometers get more inaccaurate at the top end.

    Oiling Issue

I guess it's possible to put the HG on wrong and cover the oil hole, not saying that's what happened, if the locator pins were taken out..... He said he's got pressure, too much.

    Oiling Issue

Good idea to prime the pump before starting. I always have taken a cordless drill and put it on the drive gear before the belt is on and valve covers until you see oil comming up to the head. Sounds like you have a blockage somewere if you are showing pressure on the gauge. Like IJ said pull...

    oil pressure issue

Stock gauge is not very accurate. 5 psi with an aftermarket one or a gauge to check pressure on cars that have an idiot light is ok for stock. Several threads about this also state the same as above. Also should be noted that those are warmed up pressure numbers.
