    Make sure your AFM is plugged in also. When you put your timing belt on, did you turn the motor over a couple of revolutions by hand and re-check your timing marks, cams, crank, rotor pointing at #1 wire, and the #1 piston at TDC?

    If you have spun a bearing the crank would probably need turned, new bearing wouldn't last long.

    If you are talking about rod knock, yes it can trigger the knock sensor.

    All the timing marks I was referring to, and you have to make sure the #1 piston is at TDC, check by putting a pencil in the spark plug hole and turning the crank by hand. Check the crank pulley and make sure the rubber islolator hasn't deterriated and has slipped. BTW, any codes??
