most folks with a 1J would never need one.. from the reputable guys I know that made decent power on 1Js and 1.5Js, the stock manifold will flow to about 600-700hp (as hvyman stated) before it needs to be upgraded.. if your goals are beyond that, well then I can see the reasoning.

my setup is similar aside from using a ZoonWen mani vs. the Drewgo (very similar).. I have also bought tons from DM, but this setup is probably the best you can put on a 1J.

be careful, along with common sense, vibrations such as those can actually shake things loose on the chassis (not good obviously). After going through some interesting issues with my car, I still have some small vibrations around 90ish, but I've given up on fixing them for the moment. However...
