I have two Craftsman 60 gallon "professional" compressors, one blew a headgasket and had to be replaced, and one leaks from almost every fitting.

UPS is a lot better in the states.

Garrett doesn't offer replacement parts for some (all?) of their ball bearing turbos, so your only option may be to replace the whole center section, which is usually 90% of the price of a whole new turbo. I just looked into it recently for someone who wanted a new compressor wheel for a gt35r.

Three turns is not a safe rule of thumb. The nut needs to screw on the stud at least the same amount as the diameter of the stud. So if you have 12mm studs, it needs to screw on 12mm, or more. If the safety inspectors at any NHRA or SCCA event are doing their job correctly, they will check...

I think that 400whp might be a little harder to do on a stock turbo.

Who said it was impossible? Mine used to make 300whp at only 11psi on a 50 trim with just exhaust system and an intake.

Nice try, but you can see the rear hatch window, and it's a different shape and angle then the drivers side that was photoshopped.

R154's were $150 maybe 4 years ago, now $300-$400 is average.
