Make sure you don't have the hoses plumbed backward to the oil thermostat. If it's a Greddy style thermostat, when plumbed backward you will have no oil pressure to the engine.
I would hold off on the FCD install until you find out what's going on that is causing the power output to be low. What was the afr like during the dyno pull/s? The AFC should be the next item installed and tuned on the dyno, because with a proper tune you can hit 300whp without hitting fuel cut.

I have electrical tsrm's for early and late mk3 Supra, mk4 Supra, 3rd and 4th gen Cressida, and 89-95 truck/4runner. I still use the online tsrm most of the time.
