Make sure you don't have the hoses plumbed backward to the oil thermostat. If it's a Greddy style thermostat, when plumbed backward you will have no oil pressure to the engine.

I would hold off on the FCD install until you find out what's going on that is causing the power output to be low. What was the afr like during the dyno pull/s? The AFC should be the next item installed and tuned on the dyno, because with a proper tune you can hit 300whp without hitting fuel cut.

Just another example of how some importers will lie through their teeth until the engine gets to your house. What are you going to do, pay to ship it back? If the engine has a hydrofan on it, then it's not from a Soarer. It's hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like it's from a Supra.
