    Don't know if you've verified your timing marks, cam gears, crank pulley mark, #1 at TDC, and rotor pointing at #1 wire? AFM plugged in? ECU grounds connected? Fuel pump relay plugged in?

    Looks to be around 45mm or so just guessing by the picture. Like the shape like you mentioned Kai. Would like to see them next to a 7M manifold or head. Curious as to the distance between the TB's.

    Not to disagree with you, but never had a problem doing it the way TSRM says to do it, always started right up, as long as there was nothing else wrong. Also his is a GE not GTE, no CPS, distributor.

    Fix the distributor bolt? If it was running before and that's all you did then lining all marks up, etc it should fire as long as noting else was changed.

    Was the car running, change the timing belt, what have you done that you needed to do the timing? HG, etc. Check your ECU grounds, AFM plugged in, fuel, need more info.
