    Use the turbo pump, what I have in mine. More oil is better:)

    The canister is for the ACIS, must not be hooked up. The hard line is for the power steering, I wouldn't want to get rid of that, would be a little hard to steer with the size tires you have.

    Thrown rod = bits and pieces of bearing material through out the motor, I wouldn't use much of anything that "moves" from that motor.

    Not enough to worry about, if you run that far advanced you should definately be running high octane.

    Check your spark plug "wells", they have a habit of collecting oil from the valve covers.
