What short shifter kit is that? I'm using the Beech Performance one, however; even in neutral, my shift knob appears all the way forward rather than centered like yours.
Got both off of ebay around 5 years ago. Scored the backs off of JARCO and got lucky with the fronts from some low feedback seller through a "buy it now" auction. And yes, it is one of the nicer interiors out there.

Good lord I hope not. Those look horrible on imports. I remember in highschool when a friend pulled the shift boot off his 93 Accord; wrapped plumbers tape around the threads and mounted a Hurst T handle. Looked freakin rediculous. And now I'm cursed for life because ever since; an image of...
Damn those sit high. I test mounted my new black Q yesterday and wasn't really liking the look. Of course mine's going to be mounted to the throttle body on my FFIM, so it looks kind of funky hanging out the way it does. How's the sound?
Oh. I thought it was one of those cool Lokar...

Experienced any issues with that BOV? After reading a couple of posts on here regarding how the synapse stays open even under boost; I quickly cancelled my order and went with the new Tial Q. Just hoping that I made the smart choice.
Definitely avoid. Ran the stuff in an old Civic a few years ago. It did a great job of sealing the HG leak; did a pretty good job of sealing off the head's coolant passages as well. Ended up burnining a hole in piston #3 after around 6500 miles. So the stuff does work in a pinch, just be sure...
Wait; I must be reading this wrong. Your excited about getting Sawblades? That can't be right. Hell, I have 2 sets in my garage you can have if you wanna pick them up.
Ha! I said the same thing. Until the vehicle was still in the project phase at $16k. Now I'm in it for over double that. No MKIII owner is ever "done". There's always something to fix, add or upgrade.
These cars are money pits for sure. As is any 20+ year old vehicle that hasn't been...
Be sure to smooth both the wastegate opening and flapper along the edges if you decide to port. I have an issue with my Turbonetics Hi-Fi's (should be same hotside as yours) flapper jamming against the wastegate opening when it closes due to a shit port job by the previous owner. That;s sure to...
Bought my 90T off of ebay 7 years ago and the same thing happened to me. The engine apparently was driven with a bhg for so long prior to my purchase, I had to junk the entire engine and order in a JDM and rebuild it. As far as I'm concerned, I would never buy a MKIII if it had not already had a...
That's why I went with Eclipse for the Supe and the Celica. Plug and play baby!
Sucks the flip mechanism of the 5505 gets jammed in the Supra. Retrimming the bezel is one of the last things on my list. Gotta love the 5V outs tho :) :) :)
Now that sounds like a quality setup. I love old school stuff. Were the horns fiberglassed under the dash? Got any pics of that setup figgie? You can just PM them to me if you don't want to clutter this thread.
