    Propane cars run a safety switch that's RPM activated and will shut off the fuel flow if the engine dies, consider if you crash and rupture a fuel line but the IGN is still on you're pumping the contents of the tank into the crash scene... all it takes is one spark and instant crispy critter...

    If it's an actual 3psi drop across the Intercooler the Core is JUNK.... My 4" core A2A I ran in the Mk3 had a half a psi drop.

    Stock cooler> Bin Replace it with a T Stat base full flow cooler, done. You have 5K of parts why risk reducing them to $5..

    Be an idea to sit in some first, they're quite narrow, I'm not a huge guy and find them uncomfortable for anything other than a squirt around the block.

    Yep can be a fine line if cooling is marginal.... One thing to look at is the T Stat, I recently had 2 duds in my project car, one genuine and one aftermarket, caused me all kinds of headaches sorting it out..

    The extra volume in piping won't drop the maximum boost it will only change the response time to reach it.
