    Brake Setup?

There are a lot of things you seem to not understand about brakes, not that I'm an expert of any sort but whatever. What you are referring to is "modulation," and yes they have a great linear travel in regards to that, but at the same time they are incredibly powerful if you are not careful. On...

    Brake Setup?

So you ask about "unused rotor" and then you illustrate the exact point I was attempting to make. In other words, the stock brakes already have enough torque to overpower the tires. So the main reasons for a bbk are heat dissipation for repeated stops and decreasing some effort by moving the...

    Brake Setup?

Same thing with ARZ kit.. the thing is that it doesn't matter. there is already PLENTY of clamping force/brake torque; I can lock the wheels at any speed with ease (of course the same goes for the threshold and more). you have to remember that bigger rotors are mainly for heat dissipation so...

Pre89 Bomex Style 3 Hole Lip

Pre89 is a dead end. I rocked it for 5 years until I saw the light. Custom is the way unless you go to the 89+.

    Evo 8. SS lines

I have the Evo rear lines ON my car, so yes they kind of work I would say. Also, the Supra lines are a non banjo style fitting, as where the Brembos are the opposite. So while it can work, it is not recommended.

Hood liner or no hood liner

I know tons of folks with turbo cars that have no hood insulation, and they've had no issues with the paint... I mean come on, really? Then again, most folks run a turbo blanket.

    Driftmotion Clutch Q?

I've been using the Action sprung 6-puck with 2800lb pressure plate for over 5 years. It is basically identical to the ACT setup with the same specs. I love mine.

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Same here. No aftermarket arms are needed unless you want less than -2 at a decent drop

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Yeah, my 18x10.5+30s fit close to identical to an 18x9.5+18, so that's how I know a 275/35 works with a roll and a little camber (around 1.5-2deg neg)

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

You can run the 9.5+18 with a 275 with a roll and slight camber

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

You're gonna have stretched tires and/or camber to fit with just a flat roll.

    ***The Black Supras Thread***

Nah, mine needs some straightening and possibly a little filler, but it's whatever. In the end, it's worth the hassle to be more unique.

    ***The Black Supras Thread***

these were taken before I put on my rear BBK and the custom spoiler that Javis Marte and I designed.. in fairness, these were taken prematurely; I should have let the sun go down further, but whatever.

    Rear BBK anyone?

Ordered the calipers off eBay for $250 shipped, and they were damn near brand new. The lines were ordered from MVP Motorsports by coincidence (shrug), bolts off eBay bolt supplier (American), random 3mm washers I found at my friend's shop, rotors and pads from AJUSA.com The backing plate is...
