Yes I did, turbo is fine. I figured out I must have a BHG. I drove the car for awhile and suddenly while sitting at a light, the temp gauge went up. Got home and checked the radiator, added what was about 1/2 gallon of coolant. I then started her back up and..you guessed it....instant white...

Ok wow, sorry so long to update this, FINALLY got the gasket from toyota for the turbo- to- downpipe. I got the real one lol, paid 54 bucks. Car is all back together and thought all was well. No leaks anywhere... BUT... I have smoke, like running rich..even at idle. It gets worse as the rpm's go...

I'm with IJ, need a pic plz, or better yet, a vid. Is that a upgraded CT26, or a rebuilt one ? Im kinda wanting to think the shaft is not tight or something, causing the turbine to free-spin a bit. I've seen several boosted cars with this same problem and all of them had this excessive shaft...

re-assembly in progress, already got the exhaust manifold back on and the heat shields. Everything tightened back up perfect so far.

OK got everything dismantled, exhaust manifold gasket and the turbine discharge gasket were both trashed. Pics say it all.... New exhaust manifold gasket --Fel Pro So far I cant find the turbine discharge gasket anywhere... I'll call a couple more places tomorrow.

OK, I can't think of it, so help me out plz. It's the gasket that mates between the backside of the turbo & the downpipe. I have a BIC DDP if that helps, and its that gasket that mates it up to the turbo.

I had similar problem, I ended having to reset the brain on the security system, by unplugging the wire harness. I then recharged the battery and plugged the harness back in. All I can figure, is that the alarm was triggered and somehow went off and stayed triggered until it pulled the juice out...
